Mary Reynolds is a More To Life Trainer Candidate and Mentor for Power of Purpose and Self Esteem Enhancement as well as being a Mastery Teacher for the follow-up course offered after the More To Life Weekend. She is also a MTL Coach and qualified Life Line Counsellor and has worked with numerous individuals in both capacities. Many years of assisting on More To Life Weekends and doing most of the courses offered by the More To Life Programme has given Mary a great deal of experience in the tools offered and how to facilitate people using them.
She runs her own bookkeeping business as well as assisting her husband, Keith, in his two businesses, one of which is a Restaurant and Conference Venue.
When I did the More To Life Weekend I was a “glass half empty” person, prone to bouts of anger and depression. I was very judgmental of others and particularly of myself. I used the tools learned at the More To Life Weekend to get me back to appreciating myself and everything else around me and to become more patient with others. Now I am far more optimistic than I ever was before.
Subsequent work on failed romantic relationships helped me to move forward to find my husband, Keith, with whom I have a 10-year-old-daughter and 5-year-old son. I am immensely grateful to More To Life for the tools which continue to assist me to uncover any false expectations and demands I have about my family and others, which in turn facilitates compassion and understanding in my interactions.
It is a privilege to be involved with More To Life trainings and to facilitate students and bear witness to the many extraordinary transformations experienced by people of different races, ages, and economic means. Each time people reclaim the truth about what is best and most noble about themselves, and everything around them, my hope for the world and the future of my children is renewed.
