Since 2007, Lei-Anna has been a part of the MTL Leadership Team in Bozeman, Montana, creating and sourcing the MTL Weekend courses, mastery classes, enrichment groups, and focus courses. She has also been involved in education as an elementary and middle school teacher, curriculum specialist, coach, consultant, and non-tenured faculty at Montana State University.
To be a Mentor and Trainer Candidate is not a position or a role. It is simply a choice of how I want to show up in the world. It is a paradigm shift of the way I see myself, others, and Life. I have nothing but gratitude for the gift of this work, when I am able to bear witness to the transformation of others and the transformation of myself. I was a functioning professional, mother, and wife prior to taking the More To Life Weekend. Yet it was after the experience of the MTL Weekend and learning the tools that I became more able to fully live and experience the richness of being human: to love and to forgive, to connect and to grieve, to have joy and fulfilment in a way that I didn’t know was possible. It is both a privilege and an honour to be alongside others in this global MTL community.
